I wanted to be outside today. I'm not a big hiker but I found this trail online and it looked easy and there was a waterfall. It was cool but I didn't wear a jacket for most of it and was fine. It was so good to be outside. The trail is in Pasadena (or maybe Altadena) but it's in a canyon so it doesn't feel like the city. I needed it. I really needed it.
The waterfall was really peaceful but we didn't stay very long. It was starting to get dark so we needed to head back.
We parked on the street, which was good because the parking lot closed at 5 and we got back to the car at 5:10. And by closed, I mean the gates were padlocked so I don't know how everyone still parked there were going to get out.
