I have been in California for a month today. This month has been so long but fast at the same time. It feels right here so far. It never felt right in Nebraska.
Five Things I Have Learned so far:
1. I can think I know where I'm going so I don't use my GPS. That's a bad idea. (and makes me late for work.)
2. Hands-free devices for phones are amazing (especially so I don't get pulled over...again).
3. Yes, I love the weather here but would like it to cool down just a little. 98* is still hot no matter what (and California people think 30% humidity is humid. Ha.)
4. Keeping in touch with people back home is hard but totally worth it (I've been better at it here than I was in Nebraska for sure).
5. The more I go do here, the more I want to do (too bad working (and traffic) gets in the way).
